Return & Refund Policy
1. Digital Products (No Return Policy)
- All digital print downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded, the sale is final.
2. Physical Products (7-Day Return Policy)
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible physical products only, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product is in the same condition as received
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Digital products
- Used, installed, or damaged items
- Lubricants or liquids once opened
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Provide order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method, at our discretion.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.
